Bric Froid dominates my Grandmother's village where I spent most of my holidays in my youth. Subject of my admiration, I climbed the Bric Froid for the first time in 1988 with my family and since then I have returned more than ten times, always with the same pleasure.
I fell into photography since my Grandfather gave me his camera in 1991
Since then, I have combined my two passions by always taking a camera with me on my hikes and travels.
In 2001, for professional reasons, I moved to the Czech Republic. At first I walked around my house and since 2019, thanks to a photographer friend, I discovered Sumava, a national park where nature is extended, in the southwest of the Czech Republic.
Equipment
On the equipment side, I am loyal to Canon, evolving from the Canon AT 1 given to me by my grandfather, then to the Canon T90, a fantastic device.
When my eyesight deteriorated I switched to the Canon EOS 33, then in 2009 I made the big leap towards digital with the Canon EOS 5D mk II, then finally since 2020 I have taken advantage of the Canon R6.
