Bric Froid is one of the highest peaks in Queyras. It overlooks the small village of Roux d'Abries where I spent a large part of my vacation. It has always impressed me with its Sphinx-like stature which dominates the valley and the neighboring peaks.
From its summit, the view extends over 360 degrees and you can discover the entire Alps chain from Monte Rosa, the Matterhorn, Mont Blanc, Les Ecrins and Mont Viso.
